SiMPLEE U Salon in Doylestown, PA

SiMPLEE U Salon in Doylestown was expanding with a new building addition and wanted to leverage their great reviews and run a Google Ads campaign. Instead of chasing broad, expensive keywords, we conducted deep local keyword research and built a Google Ads strategy focused on long-tail, high-intent searches specific to Doylestown and Bucks County. We highlighted SiMPLEE U’s inviting atmosphere and its unique specialties in hairstyles and skin treatments, targeting people actively searching for those exact services. By avoiding generic terms and focusing on low-cost, high-conversion phrases, we drove 34,000 impressions and 1,100 clicks while generating 65 total conversions. Most importantly, we achieved a $25.41 cost per new customer, which sits well below the salon industry average range of $20–$50 and firmly in the “very strong” acquisition zone. With just $1,650 in ad spend, we produced 33 brand new guest bookings from form submissions, 56 conversions from a calls-only campaign, and 78 phone calls, proving that smart local strategy beats high-budget guessing.

Event Venue In Warrington, PA

This Warrington event venue needed a system that responded to leads faster than their competitors and nurtured the overflow of leads into booked events. We built and implemented a fully automated lead pipeline designed around speed-to-lead and frictionless follow-up. When a prospect submits an inquiry, the system immediately checks the requested event date, sends a customized email with more information, triggers follow-ups, and prepares automated appointment reminders. Contracts and invoices are generated and sent automatically, eliminating delays and manual bottlenecks. In a single month, this automation generated 133 new leads, converted 6 of them into tours, and closed 3 booked events worth $8,000 in revenue. Through response speed and consistent follow-up, we dramatically increased trust and booking probability. This custom tech build was made using over 30 different workflows in High Level as well as a custom webhook integration using Make.com which allowed totally automated date availability checking and gave us a faster speed to lead than most other competitors in the area. We also deployed a custom AI chatbot on the site and taught it the most common questions asked by potential customers, resulting in multiple bot-booked tours of the facility and hours of conversation time saved. We also built their custom HTML event estimate calculator found on their website which is an integral part to the lead nurture system.

Steaks On State In Doylestown

For Steaks on State in Doylestown, we launched a 30-day multi-channel awareness campaign to introduce a new in-house promotion called Steak Fest while simultaneously helping phase out the restaurant’s previous name. We ran targeted audio campaigns on Pandora and Spotify to saturate local listeners during commute and leisure hours, creating repetition and brand recall. At the same time, we managed Instagram and Facebook content to support the new identity, highlight Steak Fest, and reinforce the rebrand visually and socially. The coordinated push increased awareness, strengthened brand positioning, and drove more customers in the door during the promotional period, creating momentum for the refreshed restaurant identity.

The Lingo Group in Chalfont, PA

For The Lingo Group in Chalfont, we executed a structured SEO strategy built on 24 highly optimized pieces of content using a pillar-and-silo architecture to build tiered internal link authority and dominate local search intent. Year over year, Google search visibility increased by 2,250%, with impressions jumping from 2,000 last January to 44,000 this January. Average ranking improved from page 38 to 12.4, meaning the company is now more than twice as likely to be seen in search results compared to last year. 

Engagement surged as well, with clicks increasing 270% and Google appearances increasing 528% month over month. We targeted high-volume keywords like “Irrigation Companies Near Me” with approximately 22,000 monthly searches and converted previously invisible pages into Page 1 rankings. This was achieved by combining local modifiers such as “Chalfont PA” and “near me” with commercial-intent search queries to trigger high-value traffic. The result was not incremental improvement but a complete shift in search authority and competitive positioning.
